Stephen Henderson 1972 (Broker-Owner) Stephen grew up in Coshocton, attended Bowling Green State University and later graduated from California State Polytechnic College.  Stephen was in the army and served in Viet Nam.  Lee proposed to him in 1969, and they’ve been partners ever since.  His first real job was a farm manager and real estate agent for Dowds Agricultural Services in Urbana. Stephen has run several marathons and will go the extra mile whenever necessary.
Lee Caldwell-Henderson 1973 (Broker-Owner) Lee grew up in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Elementary Education. Before becoming a full time mom Lee taught in four different states and six different schools. The Hendersons have three children -- Troy, Dagny Dunham, and Brett -- and 7 grandchildren at this writing.  Lee has been practicing yoga since 1990 and teaches free community classes..

Bob Jordan 1986 (Associate) Bob grew up in the Saint Paris area. He graduated from Graham High School excelling in wrestling.  In 1966 Bob married Barbara Greer and enlisted in the Navy.  The Jordans have two married children -- Jodi Jordan Black and Rick -- and 5 grandchildren.  For several years Bob and his brother Dick coached the Thackery Youth Wrestling Program.  He retired from Hobart Corporation (PMI).  In addition to selling real estate Bob handles much of our hlic property management.  Some of Bob’s favorite pastimes are fishing, hunting, and golfing. He lives in Christiansburg. 2006 marked Bob's 20th year with henderson land investment company.
Judy Fleming Tullis 1989. Born in Mechanicsburg, Judy was married to her husband Kent for 48 years before his passing in 2012. She has 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Her local son Sean has 3 girls: Katie, Jamie & Annie. Scott & Cindy of Mainville, Ohio have 2 children: Jake & Maggie. Nancy & Mark of Bloomington, Indiana, have 3: Bailee, Logan & Delaney. Delaney (the only non-teenager of the group) is the champion Euchre player at their frequent family gatherings. Judy knows she is blessed. During her free time, she likes to meet with family and friends, attend many grandchildren's events and water aerobics, biking, gardening, reading and traveling.
Gina Pond-Roseberry 1996 (Broker-Office Manager) Gina grew up on a dairy farm across from Graham High School. She graduated from Graham and later from Ohio State University with a degree in animal husbandry. She married Steve from Cable and in short order they had sons' Merritt and Austin. Their family now includes 2 daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. The Roseberry’s have a farm where they raise horses and custom feed cattle.
Ben Dunham 2004 (Associate and Internet Technology Manager) BEN CREATED THIS WEB SITE. He grew up in Emmett, Idaho, where he enjoyed athletics, rode horses, and hunted large game. After high school graduation he enlisted in the Army and was later recruited to the United States Military Academy. He has a degree from Excelsior in New York. In 2001 he married Dagny Henderson. Ben was web master at the USMA Association of Graduates for 2 years before relocating his family to Ohio. When rehabbing homes, Ben has the tools and expertise. The Dunham's have 5 children and one foster child.
Brad Hudson 2007 (Associate) Brad grew up in Waynsville, Oh (Antique capital of the midwest), in an antique shop. He graduated from Toledo University with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. Brad married in 2000 to Elizabeth, they now have 4 children, Kayla, Luke, Gabby, and Joy. Brad is currently enjoying his varied activities including: soccer coach, realtor and real estate investor, avid card player, and most of husband and father. Brad loves real estate and enjoys the challenges of making deals work.
Karen Bosart-Metz 2007 (Associate) Karen was born and raised in Urbana and graduated from Urbana High School as well as Wittenberg University. She was a pre-school teacher for a few years and then began a career in the cemetery and funeral home field where she worked for about 13 years. Karen has three children, Mandy, Klayton and Kacy and a granddaughter, Zoe. She lives on a mini-farm, with her husband Tim, between Urbana and St. Paris. In her spare time, Karen likes to do yoga, garden and read. She is excited about her new career in the real estate field and to be working back in her community.
Andrea Ross 2007 (Associate) Andrea grew up in northwest Champaign County and has always lived in the area. She graduated from Graham High School, Urbana University with a BA in English and the University of Phoenix with an MA in Organizational Management. She lives with her husband, Rob, and daughter, Ginny, on a mini-farm with their menagerie of animals. She has been a realtor since 2001 and is serious about taking care of your business.
Stephen Roseberry 2008 (Associate) Steve worked in the automotive industry for 20+ years while farming and showing horses. Steve now farms full time raising and showing Quarter horses, custom feeding cattle and selling hay. He works out of the Urbana office and also assists his wife Gina.
